WHO WE ARE
Caccia al Piano stretches across the hills overlooking the Etruscan Coast, where the colours and scents of Tuscany, the lights and aromas of the Mediterranean, where the generous land is able to bestow unmistakable flavours, where every corner speaks of history, of ancient traditions that we would never want to forget. At Caccia al Piano you can taste our own extra virgin olive oil or stop by the Osteria to savour the traditional dishes of Tuscan cuisine made with high quality and short supply chain products.
THE AGRICULTURAL COMPANY
The Fuselli Agricultural Company was established in 1987.
It was subsequently passed on to the son Giancarlo Fuselli, who dedicates love and passion to his work every day, producing Extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality.

Produced with four types of olives ‘Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and also a small percentage of Pendolino’ exclusively from the Caccia al Piano area on the hills of Bolgheri, the Fuselli extra virgin oil is yellow in colour with light greenish tones, limpid. Its aroma is elegant and harmonious, rich in notes of white fruit and light vegetable tones. On the palate it is balanced, with delicate notes of fresh grass and light tones of artichoke.
Finally, the Fuselli farm adheres to the law ‘Lotta Integrata’, for the protection of the environment.
THE TAVERN
The tavern Caccia al Piano, born with the regional law called ‘Filiera Corta’, is a project of Giancarlo Fuselli, and is located inside the farm.
The ‘Filiera corta’ is a particular type of commerce that allows consumers to buy food directly from the producers; it stems from the need to give life to new forms of exchange, meeting, cooperation and is based on the direct relationship between those who produce and those who consume.
Osteria Caccia al Piano presents at the table a product exclusively of Tuscan origin and selected from the local producer by the company itself; these products are processed in the kitchen to create the dishes. A land-based menu is preferred, with a focus on Tuscan meat. Caccia al Piano organises weddings, communions, birthdays, and more.
